The patient with a case of previous LSCS, 34 week gestation came to Apollo Hospitals in stage of sever Hypovolemic shock. She had uterine rupture with massive intraperitoneal hemarrhage. The doctor performed an emergency laprotomy along with the general surgeon, secured the bleeding vessel, sutured her uterine rent and conserved her uterus. With good anaesthesia team and very good ICU backup, the team managed the patient well and discharged her on 5th post operative day in hemodynamicaly stable condition
