Apollo Hospitals has launched a unique Oncological Robotic Surgery initiative, to mark World Cancer Day, February 04, 2013 ! It aims at creating awareness about the advantages of Robotic Surgery as a better treatment for various cancers as it is more precise, minimally invasive, heals faster and has the best clinical outcomes.

Schedule of the Oncorobotic Surgery Workshops :

Apollo Hospitals, Chennai – February 01 to February 08, 2013

World renowned proctors Dr. Woong Youn Chung MD, Ph.D., Chief, Endocrine Surgery Division, Department of Surgery, Yonsei University School of medicine, Seoul, Korea and Dr. Byung Soh Min MD, Ph.D, Assistant Professor, Department of Surgery, Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea will be at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai from February 01 to February 08, 2013. In addition to sharing knowledge with their Indian peers, they will conduct workshops and perform OncoRobotic surgeries on selected patients along with the team of Apollo Hospitals surgeons who have also been extensively trained in Robotic Surgery.
