Mysuru, 25th March 2023; Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru, launched Artificial Intelligence-based endoscopy – CAD Eye technology for the first time outside Japan during GI Update- 2023 conference this morning at Hotel Radisson Blu.The two-day conference “GI Update 2023’ is the biggest international gastroenterology event organised on 25th & 26th March 2023 at Mysore and is attended by 400 plus doctors comprising renowned International & National Gastroenterologists.
“We are happy to be launching CAD eye technology for the first time in the country. Cad eye-based endoscopes improve cancer detection rate very early, which is crucial to completely curing cancer. Endoscopic procedures were conducted and depicted to the delegates via Live Transmission, which was the highlight of this event. Recent techniques, including bleeding from the stomach, which could be stopped using endoscopic techniques, were showcased during the workshop. These techniques & procedures were taught to the practitioners, physicians & to budding Doctors of Mysore and Karnataka region, along with hands-on training, which was yet another highlight of the 2-day Workshop.
