Through our specialised homecare services, we extend personalised medical, emotional, and rehabilitative support to the comfort of home. Whether recovering from surgery, managing ongoing treatments, or entering a palliative phase, homecare helps maintain continuity, dignity, and quality of life in a familiar setting.

Support During Treatment

Our homecare team ensures that women receive timely, professional care without frequent hospital visits. Services include:

• Post-operative care, including wound checks, suture removal, drain management, and medication administration
• Home-based physiotherapy, for regaining mobility and strength
• Nursing support for chemotherapy side effects, such as hydration therapy or symptom monitoring
• Port flushes and dressing changes, performed safely by trained nurses
• Monitoring and follow-ups, in coordination with the treating oncologist

This reduces hospital travel and supports faster, stress-free recovery.

Post-Treatment & Survivorship Care

Even after active treatment ends, many women benefit from structured support at home. Apollo Athenaa’s homecare services offer:

• Regular health monitoring, including vitals, nutritional intake, and fatigue levels
• Emotional support, with scheduled visits from trained counsellors
• Medication and pain management, supervised by a palliative or treating physician
• Family education, empowering caregivers with skills and confidence
• End-of-life care, if required, delivered with privacy, comfort, and compassion
