A diagnosis of Cancer comes as a major setback in the life of patients and their caregivers. They place their trust in us and we strive to take care of their needs and expectations with utmost empathy and compassion. 

On advice of the consulting Physician, the patient is admitted in the hospital. On admission, one attendant is advised to stay with the patient at all times.

Amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, for both the patient and their caregiver is provided by the hospital. To know more about the various room categories click here.

Room rent is inclusive of diet for the patient in line with the Consultant/ Dietician’s advice.

Services available in the hospital:

  • Cafeteria/ Dining – 24-hour cafeteria is available to cater to the taste-buds of the patient caregivers. Our chefs are multi cuisine experts and serve soulful food to keep you comfortable.
  • Laundry – The hospital provides laundry service. The housekeeping staff picks up personal clothing and delivers it once it is laundered.
  • Dial 30 – Dial 30 on the intercom from the comfort of your room for any non - clinical requirements. 
  • Floor Manager (Guest Relations) – A dedicated floor manager is assigned to meet every need of the patient and their caregivers, and help coordinate between the consultant and patients.
  • Spiritual Services - Spiritual services are available for Patients and their caregivers in the hospital premises. We understand the secularity of our patients and cater to them all with - Temple for Lord Ganapathi, Shrine for Mother Mary, a prayer hall for Namaz and a Shrine for Lord Buddha.

Outpatient Care is medical care provided on an outpatient basis. This includes diagnosis, observation, consultation, treatment, intervention and rehabilitation services.


Registration Process

A patient coming in for the first-time will need to register at the registration counter to help create a Unique Hospital Identification number (UHID). UHID helps keep an electronic repository of your medical history and medical records.

Registration is a one-time process.

Registration is done after verification and submission of:

  • Copy of Aadhaar card – For National Patients.
  • Copy of Passport – For International Patients.

To facilitate a hassle-free registration experience, please bring the following with you: Registration is done after verification and submission of:

  • Aadhaar Card for the Registration Process.
  • Previous medical records.
  • Letter of credit (if applicable).
  • Referral Letter (if applicable).

After registration, the patient is guided to the consultation room.

It is advisable to fix appointments in advance to avoid delays.

While waiting to see the doctor, a nurse assesses and records the patient's vitals. Following this, the patient is guided to the consultation suite. After consultation, the secretary guides the patient to the different areas depending on the doctor's instructions.
