Dr. Velu Nair, is the Group Head – Medical Services & Chief Consultant – Haematology& BMT of Apollo Cancer Centre, Ahmedabad and is one of the leading Haematology-Oncologist in the country with over 27 years of experience in BMT &Haematology. He has significant experience in treating adult and pediatric patients with various blood cancers and other blood disorders. A teacher of eminence with over 25 years of teaching experience in Medicine &Haematology who is a recognized examiner for MBBS, MD & DNB (Medicine), DM (Clinical Heamatology) and PhD in various universities in the country. He was awarded the NBE Teacher award for Excellence in Medical Education (Scroll of Honor) in 2014.
