Dr Vivek Venkatramani is a Consultant, Uro Oncology at Apollo Cancer Centre, Navi Mumbai. With Over 14 years of experience, he specializes in performing open and minimally invasive (laparoscopic and robotic) surgeries for many Urologic conditions BPH kidney masses, Scrotal and testicular lumps, Prostate, penile and testicular cancer; Hematuria and bladder tumors. He is the recipient of the prestigious ‘CKP Menon Best Paper Award’ and ‘Seetharaman Best Essay Award’ from the Urological Society of India.
Dr Vivek is also an avid clinical researcher with numerous publications to his credit including a significant contribution to the ground breaking RAZOR trial, the world’s first multi- centre trial comparing robotic and open surgery. He has co-authored book chapters in Uro-oncology. He is on the Editorial Board of the Indian Journal of Urology and also a reviewer for other noted urology journals.
