Wilms' Tumor Signs and Symptoms

The following are the most common symptoms of Wilms’ tumor. However, each child may experience symptoms differently. Symptoms may include:

  • A lump felt or seen in the abdomen
  • Shortness of breath
  • Blood in the urine (haematuria)
  • Abdominal pain
  • Decreased appetite and fatigue
  • Constipation
  • Fever
  • High blood pressure (hypertension)
