Hodgkin's Lymphoma Signs and Symptoms

Signs and symptoms of Hodgkin's lymphoma may include:

  • Painless swelling of lymph nodes in your neck, armpits or groin
  • Persistent fatigue
  • Fever
  • Night sweats
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Severe itching
  • Increased sensitivity to the effects of alcohol or pain in your lymph nodes after drinking alcohol

Presence of B Symptoms (Means the disease is aggressive and needs immediate treatment)
Part of staging Hodgkin lymphoma requires determining whether certain B symptoms are present, which may factor into the overall prognosis and may be signs of more advanced disease. Those B symptoms are:

  • Fever
  • Drenching night sweats
  • Dramatic and unexplained weight loss(more than 10% weight loss in last 6 months)
