Limb Salvage Surgery (LSS) is a treatment process for tumors/cancers arising from the bone, soft tissue and other parts of the skeletal system.
It is a process involving two components performed in single stage-adequate removal of the tumor/cancer affected limb followed by appropriate reconstruction enabling mobility, function and cosmesis.
