The symptoms of stomach cancer are often nonspecific in early cancers. Some symptoms that may occur are:
- Weight loss due to poor appetite or early satiety (feeling full before finishing a meal)
- Discomfort and abdominal pain
- Nausea and vomiting
- Blood in vomit or stools
- Heartburn
