Brain Tumor Signs and Symptoms

Signs and symptoms depend on the location of the tumor. Some symptoms are:

    Adults

    • Severe headaches experienced while in the supine position
    • Seizures or convulsions
    • Changes in vision
    • Difficulty in thinking, speaking or language function
    • Personality changes
    • Weakness or paralysis in one part or one side of the body
    • Loss of balance or dizziness
    • Hearing changes
    • Facial numbness or tingling
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Swallowing difficulties
    • Confusion and disorientation

    Children

    • Headaches
