Biography
Dr. Mohammad Ishak Tayoob is a Consultant, Palliative Medicine Department at Apollo Cancer Centre, Chennai. He is one of the very few Paediatric Palliative Care Physicians in the country. His areas of interest include cancer and non-cancer palliative care, with special interest being non-cancer paediatric palliative care. Dr Ishak had previously been an integral part of the largest Paediatric Palliative Care Program in the country at Hyderabad. He is a key educator for countries such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, Philippines. He has several papers published in peer-reviewed journals and is often invited as a speaker both National and International forums.
