Dr. M. Selvaganesh is a highly accomplished Interventional Cardiologist with over 11 years of experience in advanced cardiac care. He currently serves as Associate Professor and Senior Consultant in the Department of Cardiology at Velammal Medical College Hospital & Research Institute. With extensive expertise in coronary angiography and angioplasty, primary PCI for acute heart attacks, complex coronary interventions, intravascular imaging (IVUS/OCT), pacemaker, ICD and CRT implantation, and structural heart interventions, he is known for managing high-risk and technically challenging cardiac cases. A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions (FSCAI), Dr. Selvaganesh is also an active researcher and principal investigator in several national registries, with numerous publications in leading international journals. His commitment to evidence-based medicine, innovation in cardiac electrophysiology and interventional cardiology, and patient-centric care has earned him recognition at both national and international scientific forums.
