290 bedded Ispat Post Graduate Super Speciality Hospital has been set up by the Steel Authority of India as an extension of the Ispat General Hospital attached with Rourkela steel Plant, with a view to develop a PG teaching hospital with centres of excellence in Cardiac and Neuro sciences.

The hospital is 290 bedded state – of the art – facility, spread over a sprawling campus with a dedicated services wing and a teaching block housing multiple lecture rooms and a 500-seater auditorium as well. The Steel Authority of India decided to partner with credible health care organizations, to accelerate the development of this into a premium institution.
