Antenatal Workshop

A special antenatal workshop was conducted recently at Apollo Hospitals, Noida. It was an enriching experience for several soon-to-be mothers and fathers. They listened intently to specialists who gave invaluable advice on diet and nutrition during & after pregnancy, and pain relief during labour. Our gynaecologist and paediatrician also had some important tips to give the expectant moms. The antenatal exercises saw an enthusiastic participation from all. The workshop was indeed a significant step towards preparing our guests for the incredible journey of motherhood.
