• Organized and Participated in Monthly Journal club Meetings conducted by our department on 1^st Saturday at Hotel Breeze between 3-5 pm for the past 15 years.
• Faculty at the MICROSURGERY WORKSHOP held at Ethicon Institute for Scientific Education (EISE) conducted by Johnson & Johnson, Chennai. Have trained more than 50 surgeons in the past three years.

• Deputed by Government of Tamilnadu as a member of a surgical team which organized and conducted cleft lip and palate clinics in rural areas and performed 9 cases lip and palate surgery at Dharmapuri Hospital during a camp.
