Being overseas , I wanted my parents to be in safe hands. I came to know about Dr. Sai through my dear friend Pooja Menon in Singapore. Through SAI , my parents landed up at Dr. Sai’s cabin. His confidence and professional capability truly calmed down my parent's anxiety . He not only took care of my dad but made that extra effort to connect with the family and also calmed my mom who was extremely anxious for a simple procedure like Angiogram. My grandma needed valve replacement so we reached out to Dr. Sai Sathish and able to get in touch immediately. Doctor has reviewed case details and graciously accepted to do video call and has comforted my grandma as she was very tensed with the procedure. My grandma case was very complex and she was suffering a lot so doctor was able to accommodate the surgery procedure immediately. Doctor has met my grandma multiple times in person before the procedure and comforted her, also he spent lot of time with us explaining the complete procedure. We first came across the Mytral clipping from a News Ad. Once we met Dr. Sai Sathish there was no going back. My father in law was in so much discomfort that he had totally dejected.
