Dr. Kulkarni has been serving as a Consultant Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist at Apollo Group of Hospitals, Bengaluru, since September 2012. Has served as Assistant professor in cardiology at Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & research for a year. Area of Expertise

Dr. Kulkarni expertise lies in primary angioplasty in high-risk patients, including the use of IABP, etc. He is skilled at multivessel angioplasty using Rotaablation, IVUs, and FFR and has experience in Post CABG and CTO PCI. Specially trained at NHCS Singapore for the performance of device therapy for electrical disorders and heart failure devices (Permanent Pacemakers, Cardiac Resynchronization therapy, and Intracardiac defibrillators). Have performed structural heart interventions, including PBV, BAV PTMC, device closures for ASD, and PDA.

Dr. Kulkarni has special interests in Electrophysiology, the performance of ablations for AVNRT and AVRT, and the medical management of atrial fibrillation.
