    Dr. Sai Babu completed his MBBS from Andhra University and MS in General Surgery from NTR University of Health Sciences, followed by advanced super-specialty and fellowship training in Surgical Gastroenterology. His additional qualifications include FSGE (PDCC) from NIMS, Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery, FMAS, FICS, FAIS, FBMS, and FACS (USA), reflecting his strong commitment to excellence in gastrointestinal surgery. His gastrointestinal surgical expertise also covers esophageal conditions including perforations, tumors, achalasia, and GERD, as well as surgeries for stomach and small intestine diseases such as obstructions, ulcers, tumors, and Crohn’s disease.

    Dr. Sai Babu also has extensive experience in managing colorectal and anorectal conditions, including ulcerative colitis, diverticular disease, rectal prolapse, intestinal obstructions, and colorectal cancers. He is well regarded for his expertise in proctology, treating hemorrhoids (piles), fissures, and fistulas, along with abdominal wall surgeries such as inguinal, umbilical, and incisional hernias.

    In addition, he is a leading expert in bariatric and weight-loss surgery, performing procedures such as sleeve gastrectomy, mini gastric bypass, and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass.
