• 18 years of  extensive  experience in dealing with  complex orthopedic cases including poly trauma, sports injuries, Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty
• Took up the charge of orthopedic department in 2001 at Holy  Family  Hospital,established  an efficient poly trauma unit . Initiated and spearheaded  the arthroscopy surgeries in the institution in 2001.
• Pioneered the  joint replacement surgeries in the hospital in  2004  .
• Gained  vast experience as a team leader  in managing  sports injuries and complex trauma cases .
• Excellent track record of  post operative results..Proficient in using  latest implants and instrumentations.
• Expertise  in minimally invasive (key hole) surgeries and joint replacements.
• Lead the department independently for 10 years .Later expanded it into a full fledged  tertiary trauma center.
