Conservative management of injuries

Conservative management in physiotherapy treats injuries without surgery, focusing on restoring function and alleviating pain. Depending upon the nature of the condition , type of injury , level of function and other factors. we assess and guide you with optimal loading exercise progression along with patient education to return to your desired activities of life .

Post surgical management of Fractures

Post surgical of fractures , we work on restoring mobility without stress on implants placed , concentrating on strength component , and limb function while minimizing complications like stiffness or muscle loss.

Post surgical management of ligament injuries

We rehabilitate focuses on providing required exercises that is safe on safe graft healing, strength restoration, and full functional recovery.

we emphasize pain control, swelling reduction, and progressive loading of exercises .This evidence-based approach ensures our athletes and active individuals regain pre-injury performance .

Prehabilitation

Exercises done to build physical endurance, cardiovascular fitness before opting for the surgery helps to counter post op weakness , better pain management , maintains optimal fitness and reduced hospital stay.

Post joint replacement surgery

Exercises are educated during hospitalized stage and provided with home exercises program under supervision along with low impact cardio , helps to preserve strength, range of motion and stability. Regular monitoring with follow-up visits to ensure early detection of issues like stiffness or implant wear .

Pelvic conditions

Few pelvic conditions are widespread in explosive sports due to repetitive pelvic loading and poor core pelvic co-ordination which include osteitis pubis, sacroiliac dysfunction, pelvic stress fracture , snapping hip are assessed, rehabilitated with proper phased and criteria based protocols.

Muscle injuries

muscle injuries like strains or tears are managed with phased protocol, manual therapy , promoting healing, decrease pain and restoring full function without surgery in most cases.

Tendinopathies

Tendinopathy is identified by pain, impaired function, and histological changes in tendons. It is seen in the general population and athletes alike. Changes in tendon structure including disorganized collagen, increased ground substance, and neovascularization are typically seen, rather than simply isolated inflammation typically seen in other reactive musculoskeletal injuries.

  •  Rotator cuff tendinopathy
  • Hamstring tendinopathy
  • Gluteal tendinopathy
  • Patellar tendinopathy
  • Achilles tendinopathy

Osteoporosis and sarcopenia

Osteoporosis is a systemic, metabolic bone disease characterized by low bone mass, impaired bone quality, and increased susceptibility of low-trauma fracture.

Physical Therapist Management of Patients With Suspected or Confirmed Osteoporosis: A Clinical Practice Guideline From the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy. J Geriatr Phys Ther. 2022 Apr-Jun 01;44(2):E106-E119. doi: 10.1519/JPT.0000000000000346. PMID: 35384943; PMCID: PMC8983944.

Sarcopenia is a degenerative and progressive disorder of skeletal muscle characterized by a reduction in muscle mass and function . This age-related disease has significant consequences, including an increased risk of falls, mobility limitations, decreased independence in daily activities, and higher mortality rates

  • Moretti A, Tomaino F, Paoletta M, Liguori S, Migliaccio S, Rondanelli M, Di Iorio A, Pellegrino R, Donnarumma D, Di Nunzio D, Toro G, Gimigliano F, Brandi ML, Iolascon G. Physical exercise for primary sarcopenia: an expert opinion. Front Rehabil Sci. 2025 Mar 28;6:1538336. doi: 10.3389/fresc.2025.1538336. PMID: 40226126; PMCID: PMC11985514.

Resistance training exercises under supervision along with proper diet and supplementation  helps in stimulating bone remodeling, increasing density, and reducing fracture risk through mechanical stress on bones,  significantly improving muscle mass, strength, and physical function in older adults.
