Laparoscopic excision of Caesarean Scar Ectopic Pregnancy with end suturing reconstruction of the uterus along with Hysteroscopy

35-year-old lady came with a history of previous 1 LSCS and previous 1 Caesarean Scar Ectopic pregnancy with repeat caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy of (6+1) was POG Beta HCG was 62,529 with USG showing scar ectopic pregnancy. The patient was advised laparoscopic management.

She underwent laparoscopic excision of LSCS Scar ectopic pregnancy end suturing reconstruction of the uterus along with a Hysteroscopy by Dr Neha Negi. The patient did well during the Post operation period and got discharged on 3rd day of surgery.

Laparoscopic MX of Caesarean Scar Ectopic Pregnancy is a minimally invasive procedure with complete excision of the ectopic and strengthening of the previous scar to reduce recurrence in future and fertility preservation of the lady.
