The department is equipped with the latest 20 Dialysis machines working in three shifts and also provides emergency dialysis under the most safe and scientific practices.
In addition, the Doctors conduct regular outpatient consultations for various other Kidney diseases and are supported by the Urology team as well.
The Dialysis experience in Rourkela is one of the best being highly personalized with a very effective monitoring mechanism.
Presently the center does not have Renal Transplant facilities but regularly assists the patients with counseling, advice and referring them to registered centers of choice. Dialysis services are available to patients under the state-run BSKY scheme beneficiaries.
The Urology Department is integral to Renal Sciences and provides all kinds of minimally invasive treatment for Kidney stones, infections, tumors, and enlarged prostate gland using the most sophisticated equipment such as cystoscope Ureteroscope, Holmium Laser, TURP etc.
