‘Awareness is key to cancer cure’

ACCORDING to statistics, every year 10 lakh new cancer patients are added in the country and the only way to prevent and control it is by spreading awareness, educating people to lead a healthy lifestyle and going vegetarian, screening to detect cancer in the early stages said Dr Sandeep Chatrath, region- CEO Apollo Hospitals, on the occasion of the world Cancer Day on Saturday.
