- 85 gm porridge oats
- 600 ml skimmed milk
- 4–5 whole almonds, slivered
- 40 gm prunes, chopped
- 20 gm dried apricots, chopped
- Put the oats in a pan and roast for about two minutes.
- Add the milk and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the almonds and cook for 10 minutes, or until the oat mixture becomes thick.
- Add the apricots and prunes. Mix well and serve hot.
