‘You are what you eat’ – Consume the right foods to nourish your body inside out. Increase the amount of healthy fats in your diet. Rich sources of natural oils include avocados, coconuts, walnuts, oatmeal etc. These help your skin lock in moisture and maintain its smoothness.
Wipe off all the dust and grime every night to clear the skin and unblock the pores. Massage the skin with a rich cream or oil to ensure blood circulation and effective hydration and nourishment.
