Pratigya – The Cancer Myths and Reality, a special cancer survivors program organized by Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals!

Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals in association with Illusions and Bhabna aaj-o-kaal of Kolkata organized a special cancer survivor program on October 01, 2013 in Kolkata.

The special invitees of the program included ace cricketer, Mr Yuvraj Singh and renowned film artiste, Ms Manisha Koirala. Both the special invitees shared their emotions and experience of fighting cancer and winning the battle. Dr Rupali Basu, CEO, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, addressed the gathering which included Honorable Governor of West Bengal, Shri. M K Narayanan, Celebrities, doctors, cancer survivors and school children.

The survivors and the audience interacted with a special panel comprising Yuvraj Singh, Manisha Koirala, Dr Rupali Basu (CEO – Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals), Dr Saibal Mukherjee (Director – Oncology Services) and Dr Shaikat Gupta (Consultant – Surgical Oncology) during the program.
