About Dr Mutnuru Venkata Ramana

Dr Mutnuru Venkata Ramana is a highly qualified Radiation Oncologist with over 7 years of clinical experience in the field. He completed his MBBS from Guntur Medical College, Andhra Pradesh (2004–2009) and went on to earn his MD in Radiation Oncology from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal (2015–2018), followed by a Senior Residency at KIMS, Secunderabad (2018–2019). Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Radiation Oncology at GEMS Hospital, Ragolu, Dr. Venkataramana is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Education (FAGE) and an active member of professional bodies such as AROI and AP-AROI. He has received recognition for his academic excellence, including 1st Prize in the MD Medal Exam at KMC, Manipal, and has contributed to several research publications and case reports in oncology. His areas of special interest include Head and Neck Oncology, CNS Tumors, GI Malignancies, Gynecologic Oncology, and advanced radiation techniques like SRS, SBRT, IGRT, RapidArc/VMAT, as well as Interstitial and Intracavitary Brachytherapy for complex cancer cases. Dr. Venkataramana is proficient in English, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based cancer care to his patients.
