Dr. Roopesh N is an eminent and skilled Gynec-oncologist in the state and he is the only gynecologic oncologist to have been selected and pursuing the prestigious European School of Peritoneal Surface Oncology (ESPSO) Fellowship under the aegis of European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO) for which he has had stints at NCI, Milan, Medizinische Universität Wien, Vienna, etc

Work Experience

Dr. Roopesh N has 14+ years of rich experience in Gynaecologic Oncology. He has worked as a Visiting Senior Consultant Gynaecologic Oncologist at various reputed hospitals across Bangalore. He has a stupendous clinical and surgical expertise and has handled major gynaecological and onco-surgical procedures He has rich research experience working on clinical trials in ovarian, endometrial & cervical cancers at national & international levels & has few many publications to his credit.

Education

Dr. Roopesh N. has completed MBBS from Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur and then went on to complete M.S (OBG) from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore. He has been a Senior Research Fellow at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He then went on to do his 2 year Post-Doc Fellowship program in Gynecologic Oncology from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi. Meanwhile, he did his clinical rotations at MIE University, Japan. He later completed fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) followed by PIPAC training from NUH, Singapore and later on FPSO from National Cancer Institute, Milan, Italy.
