Apollo Hospitals, Guwahati successfully removed a cardiac tumor through minimally invasive approach, for the first time in the entire North East India. This complex surgery was performed by a team of doctors lead by renowned Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon Dr. Jyoti Prasad Kalita.
A 54-year-old female patient was presented at Apollo Hospitals, Guwahati with breathing difficulties due to a tumour in her heart.
